This policy explains what we collect when you use the free Kana and Kanji 120 app, by Sena Lux Inc., and how we use it.

What we collect

Your email address (to create your account and contact you).
Your password, stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider.
Your learning progress (characters practised, lessons completed, streaks).

How we use it

To run the app and save your progress to your account across devices.
To send essential service emails (account confirmation, password reset).
To send learning tips and occasional product news and offers. You can unsubscribe from these at any time via the link in any such email or by contacting us.

Where your data is stored

Your account and progress are stored using Supabase (Postgres and authentication). Emails are sent through our email provider. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your saved progress.
